Aspiring to Be a Main IT Solution Partner
In this competitive period after the collapse of the IT bubble economy, companies in the information technology industry that do not have a vision will be eliminated. In a meantime, awareness of information in a typical corporation remains unchanged and out of necessity corporate customers respond on a day-to-day basis. Such measures could become problematic not only cost-effective but could also cause serious losses that undermine the future of the business.
Just as companies have main financing banks, they also need a partner who can offer total solutions. A partner who can address any information technology challenge from a strategic point of view is essential. We would like to be “the main IT solution partner” for companies. We have been responding to our customers on this basis.
Offering On-Stop Solutions
To be a valuable partner for a company, we need comprehensive capabilities to accurately grasp issues and needs that the company faces and to quickly respond to them as well as to possess technologies. Fortunately, Cresco has know-how for system development and excellent technical capabilities in addition to our high conscientiousness of the quality control that our customers value.
Middleware development, infrastructure building, and development of built-in software are the backbone of Cresco. Having these three businesses work together, we can quickly provide one-stop high quality solutions. This is our greatest feature and strength.
Our two visions are to “Become a Main IT Solution Partner” and “Offer One-Stop Solutions” and together with our employees we will devote ourselves to fulfilling these.
Agenda for the 23rd Term
As a basic policy in the 23rd term, we aim to transform into a “Culture and System to Produces Profit” and carry out radical reforms.
We have implemented an independent accounting system-based quasi-company system. Each department obtains professional staff and emphasizes mobility and independence as well as clearly establishing accountability for profit. Also, we aim to streamline our organization, downsize staff indirect departments, consolidate departments, and change sizes of department in business units. In future, each business unit manager will decide visions and policies in a top-down system and carry out plans swiftly.
A keyword in the 23rd term is “Carry out one’s word.” We declare what we do and we take responsibility to follow through. In addition, we use Cresco’s unique screening process to determine which business should proceed. We review the cost structure, leaving nothing out.
