The CRESCO Group has established the "Basic Policy on Sustainability."
While CRESCO has so far endeavored to integrate ESG into its corporate management, this basic policy codifies and articulates as the Group's principle that the Company intends to promote actions for realizing a sustainable society.
The Group intends to contribute to society by taking actions geared toward realizing a sustainable society in accordance with this principle.
The company's mission is to "make the greatest possible contribution to the happiness of people around the world through the growth of corporate activities, and to ensure that the people who work there have joy and pride together and are able to demonstrate their abilities to the fullest." Also, from the standpoint that all human beings are equal, we will eliminate all discrimination such as gender, educational background, blood relationship, race, nationality, religion, etc. Since our founding, we have been practicing a certain management style.
We, the CRESCO Group, would like to strive for the realization of a "sustainable society" and our growth by contributing to the development of an affluent society through our practice and conducting various business and corporate activities from the ESG (environmental, social, and governance) perspective.
